Our team utilizes Instructor Therapists (ITs) for daily programming, Senior Therapists (STs) for supervision, and a Clinical Supervisor (CS) for overall Assessment and Treatment management. We consult with a Clinical Psychologist or a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a doctoral degree for complex cases.
Our supervision includes in-person and online support, communication with team members, data monitoring and analysis, team meetings, and consultations.

Whitney Kerr, MA., BCBA
Whitney is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), Certification # 1-1726304, with a B.A. (Hons) in Psychology from Tyndale University and a Master of Arts in Applied Disability Studies from Brock University. Whitney provides team and therapist support through coaching, workshops, presentations, and trainings. Further, Whitney has provided supervision to individuals working toward their Board Analyst Certification Board (BACB) certification. To meet complex care needs, Whitney has often relied upon the experience of multi-disciplinary teams such as social work, psychology, psychiatry, occupational therapy, speech and language pathology, and physical therapy.
