The Team

Our team is comprised of Instructor Therapists (ITs) who execute day-to-day programming, Senior Therapists (STs) who supervise the implementation of programming, and a Clinical Supervisor (CS) who manages the overall Assessment and Treatment program. In complex cases, we may also seek advice from a Clinical Psychologist or a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a doctoral degree.

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy for applied behavioural analysis and behavioural supports is to work with each person as an individual, using methods that have been proven to be effective. We use data to track progress and make informed decisions about treatment, and we focus on being positive and proactive in preventing and rewarding good behaviours. We also believe in collaborating and communicating with everyone involved in the person’s care to ensure the best outcomes.
